If your name isn't in the answer, you've found one piece of what's going on. The other piece — your Meta and Google ads aren't pulling like they used to — is the same shift, seen from a different angle. Attention is moving. The platforms you've been paying to reach people on are losing the people. They're going to the answer engines instead.

This workshop is about seeing the shift clearly — in your category specifically — and doing something specific about it.

WHAT WE'VE LEARNED

Traffic from AI answers converts at a much higher rate than traffic from search or paid ads. The LLM has already done the qualifying. By the time someone clicks through, they've been recommended — not just shown a link.

The math is doubled. Ads cost more and convert less. AI sends fewer visitors, but they're warmer. Being in the answer matters more than being on page one ever did.

And it's changing weekly. The model that recommended you in March may not recommend you in May. Which is why this isn't a one-time fix.

Most owners are operating on category assumptions that are six to twelve months out of date. Your category is on a different timeline than you think — and that timeline is what we read.

WHO'S LEADING IT

Rose Thun runs Design Rosetta, an AI training and strategy practice for biz owners.

She's a THEIA-certified trainer and the creator of the JERK framework — a method for reading business signals at the layer most people miss. The framework is built around two things owners need most right now: agency and foresight.

She convenes the Design Rosetta AEO working group, a small invitation-only set of practitioners and operators building the playbook for this shift in real time. What you'll see in the workshop comes out of that work.

She's not an SEO consultant rebranding. She's working this from the AI side, with the people building these systems, and the JERK side — agency and foresight for the people running businesses inside the shift.
