3-Week Implementation Cohort
No theory. No fluff. Just you, me, and building something real for your business.
A Six Sigma Consultant Doubled Her Client Capacity in 3 Hours
She was turning away clients because one client filled her entire day.
Every diagnostic required 120 minutes of interviews, note-taking, and hours of analysis.
We mapped her process, identified what an LLM could handle, and built a custom intake tool.
Now the AI does the preliminary assessment after each factory interview based on the recordings and her notes.
She went from one client per day to 2.
Same quality. Better results. Double the capacity.
That's what we build in this cohort.
Not theory. Actual tools that work in your business.
Three 90-minute calls over three weeks.
Each week, two people get hot seat time.
I help them map their process, build their tool, and make it work.
Everyone else learns by watching, then builds their own.
Week 1: Prompting & Mapping
Learn what makes prompts actually work (with live examples)
Hot seat process mapping for 2 people
AI analyzes workflows for opportunities
Draft first prompts together
Everyone maps their own process (homework)
Week 2: Build & Test
Hot seat builds for 2 people - custom GPT or Claude artifact
Test with real scenarios from their business
Debug and refine in real time
Group troubleshooting session
Everyone builds their v1 (homework)
Week 3: Launch & Perfect
Hot seat refinement for 2 different people
Fix what broke during real-world testing
Share results and calculate ROI
Plan next workflow to build
Leave with working, tested tools
One tested, working AI workflow.
Not a plan. Not a strategy deck.
Something you use in your business the next day.
The method to build more on your own.
Real results you can measure.
You're an owner-operator who's capacity-constrained
You know AI could help but don't know where to start
You're tired of theory and want to build something real
You learn better by doing than by listening
For contractors and operators: Build workflows that free up your time for the work only you can do.
For professional services: Build workflows your team can use reliably with clients.
For organizational leaders: Build workflows that scale across departments.
You want to learn "about" AI without building anything
You're not willing to share your process in a group setting (Opt for 1:1 Coaching instead)
You want done-for-you service (this is done-with-you)
You're not ready to implement what you learn
This isn't a course where I talk and you take notes.
It's a build session where you watch me work, then you build yours.
We use AI to analyze workflows.
We build tools in real time.
We fix them when they break.
You leave with something working, not a workbook.

"What if I don't know what workflow to build?"
That's fine. Week 1 is where we figure it out together. Bring your biggest bottleneck and we'll identify the opportunity.
"I've never used AI before. Will I be lost?"
No. We start with prompting basics in Week 1. This is designed for people new to building with AI.
"What if I can't make all three sessions?"
You'll have the recordings, but the value is in the live hot seat work. If you'll miss more than one session, wait for the next cohort.
"Do I need any specific tools or subscriptions?"
Access to Claude or ChatGPT (free tier works, but paid is better). We'll cover this before we start.
"What kind of workflows do people typically build?"
Estimation tools, proposal automation, customer communication, research and analysis, content creation, lead gen, process documentation. Whatever your business needs most.
"Can I bring my team?"
This cohort is for individuals. If you want team implementation, contact me about 6 week team cohorts.
P.S. If you're thinking "I don't know what workflow to build" - that's fine. That's what Week 1 is for. We figure it out together. You don't need to have it all mapped out. You just need to show up ready to work.
